Nanocrystalline alloy is mainly composed of Fe?Cu?Nb?Si?B and other elements(Appropriate amount of Co?Ni?Cr are added for special purposes), through specific annealing process at cooling rate of 106°C/s,called
"single roll method" , then the ribbon is wound into a toroidal core. Finally.the heat treatment is applied to the core for crystallization in order to obtain excellent soft magnetic properties of nanocrystalline alloy .
